Established in 1977 in Al Ain and expanding to Abu Dhabi in 1980 and Dubai in 1989, TREMIX has grown to operate in all the seven Emirates of the United Arab Emirates as one of the leading ready mix concrete producers and suppliers in the country. TREMIX with its large fleet of transit mixers, state of the art computerized batching plants and well trained personnel has been serving and supporting the construction industry here as well as in Doha, Qatar in 2000. In addition to production plants in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, TREMIX can supply high quality ready mix concrete from complete independent mobile plants set up on site wherever the project might be.

All the batching plants of TREMIX around the country are fully computerized and employ the latest in technology. In Abu Dhabi, TREMIX operates fifteen batching plants with a total capacity of 1600 cubic metersper hour. Four TREMIX plants and three production yards in Al Ain are capable of producing 500 cubic meters of ready mix concrete per hour. The production capacity of the various plants in Dubai and the Northern Emirates is more than 1900 cubic meters per hour. A large fleet of transit mixers supplemented by large number of Schwing concrete pumps ensure that the client’s ready mix concrete reaches client sites on time and is poured within the specific time period needed for each project. For high-rise buildings, TREMIX installs and maintains static pipelines to enable concrete to be pumped to whatever level necessary. Previous procedures involve the concrete being mixed in the batching plants where the mixture undergoes further tests for strength and quality specifications of clients before being dispatched in vehicles to clients.

Comprehensive on site laboratories at plants are fully equipped to carry out a wide range of aggregate and concrete tests. Working with leading contractors and consultants in the across the Middle-East, TREMIX has been part of some of the most prestigious governmental and private buildings and villas as well as several infrastructural projects. TREMIX, which is presently working with international contractors BECHTEL in the construction of the prestigious Doha International Airport in Qatar, is looking forward to spreading its business to other countries in the rest of the region and the world.
